Headwaters Café strives to incorporate
sustainable practices and low impact strategies in
its business. Our vehicles are fueled by vegetable
oil from local restaurants allowing us to create
less emissions and recycle a waste product. Whenever
possible we use disposable utensils made from corn
and potato, which are 100% compostable and
biodegradable. We cook seasonally and compost food
waste to lessen the need for excess energy usage. We
frequent local farmers markets to support our
farmers and their families. |
