Have Kitchen, Will Travel

The kitchen is The Empress, a 1968 Streamline trailer. From the heights of the Cascades to the Pacific shore, from the California Redwoods to Puget Sound, if there is a road to your venue, The Empress can get there.

The Empress has served yakisoba noodles to cowboys at the St. Paul Rodeo, grilled Coho to wedding guests in the North Cascades, prime rib to professionals at a weekend retreat in Cannon Beach, gruyere crepes at an equestrian event in the high desert east of Bend.

From PSU business school donors to sculpture lovers at "Art in the Pearl" to Mt. Tabor Middle School fundraisers, The Empress has been there.

One specialty has been craft services and full meal service for film crews, whether it is for feature films in the Alameda, Hollywood and Irvington neighborhoods, Acura commercials in the Siskiyous, horror movies in the foothills of the Coast Range, or suspense films at the Wapato Jail.
