The kitchen is The Empress, a 1968 Streamline trailer. If there is a road to your venue, The Empress can get there.

The Empress has served yakisoba noodles to cowboys at the St. Paul Rodeo, grilled Coho to wedding guests in the North Cascades, prime rib to professionals at a weekend retreat in Cannon Beach, gruyere crepes at an equestrian event in the high desert east of Bend.

One specialty has been craft services and full meal service for film crews.
